SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon placing an order, an order confirmation email containing details will be promptly sent to the provided email address.

Shipping Carriers and Timeframes: Domestic orders typically take 7-14 business days for delivery, subject to location and state.

Responsibility for Shipping: Once the package is in the hands of USPS/UPS or carrier, WitDaShifts™ is not liable for any delivery issues. Any concerns regarding delivery, including lost packages, must be addressed directly with USPS/UPS or carrier as they are the shipping carriers responsible for claims and package location.

Undelivered Packages: In the event a package is returned to us due to non-acceptance by the recipient, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. You can arrange for the package to be resent using your preferred shipping carrier.
